They vote one private button each evening for a duration they choose. On the final day a sealed verdict opens with a five-layer analysis of where they actually landed. They bring it into your room; the session is still the session.
Your clients get 10% off any Counsel.day decision they file with your referral code. You receive 15% of every paid decision they file, paid in arrears each quarter in USD, plus a quarterly summary report on what referred clients did with the tool.
Counsel.day is a data tool, not a therapeutic intervention. The product is not validated, built, tested, or endorsed by clinicians or therapeutic bodies; the founder, James Graham, is a data professional, not a therapist. The referral program is a sales-channel relationship; it is not a professional partnership and does not imply endorsement in either direction.

How a Counsel.day referral works.
When you join the program, we issue you one personal referral code (something like DRSMITH10). Two things happen with it.
Your client uses the code at checkout. They enter it on the Stripe payment page when they file a decision. The code applies a 10% discount automatically and binds the resulting account to your referral for the lifetime of the account. They can use the code on a Solo, Couple, or Family decision. They do not need to remember it after the first use · the account stays bound.
You receive the share each quarter. From the day the first payment lands, every quarter for as long as the account is active, we pay you 15% of the gross spend from that account, in USD, by bank transfer or Stripe. The minimum payout threshold is $50.00 USD per quarter; balances below it carry forward. We never share your client's identity with you, and we never share your name or contact with them; the binding is internal to our billing system.
The referral share and the quarterly summary report.
Two things, every quarter.
The first is the referral share. 15% of every paid decision from every account you referred, paid in arrears, in USD. Paid Solo ($9.99 USD), Couple ($15.99 USD), and Family ($29.99 USD) decisions all count. The free first Solo decision is excluded because there is no spend to share.
The second is the quarterly summary report. A short PDF that gives you an anonymous, aggregate read on what your referred clients did with the tool: how many decisions they opened, average duration, distribution across decision classes (career, home and place, partnership, family), and aggregate completion rate. The report does not name individual clients or quote from anyone's notes; it is built from non-identifying counts.
A data tool that arrives before the guidance conversation.
Counsel.day is built for the specific class of decision that has been circling for weeks or months without resolution, where a single conversation has repeatedly failed to settle it, and where the person (or couple) deciding has feelings that shift across days and weeks in ways they cannot otherwise hold onto. Career questions, home and place questions, partnership questions, family questions: these are the four most common classes the tool supports.
The product is not a therapeutic intervention or a substitute for therapy. It does not deliver clinical care, diagnosis, or treatment. What it delivers is a structured longitudinal capture of one or two people's positions on one specific decision, with an analysis on the final day that surfaces the trajectory, the themes, and the underlying axis of disagreement. That capture is the material your client can bring into your room; the session is still the session.
What Counsel.day will not claim.
To keep the relationship clean for both sides, the program is bound by the following commitments.
Counsel.day will not claim clinical validity, therapeutic outcome, or evidence-based status that we cannot demonstrate. We will not market the tool with language that suggests it diagnoses, treats, or cures any condition. We will not characterise it as a substitute for therapy.
Counsel.day will not ask you to make professional claims on its behalf, and we will not use your credentials, registration, or name in our marketing without your signed written consent.
Counsel.day will not retain your personal data beyond what is needed to administer the referral program; the data we hold on you is your name, your contact email, and your payout details. You can delete it at any time.
How to apply to the referral program.
Fill in the program application form · five minutes, no commitment. We reply within one business day. If the fit looks right, we send you a one-page program agreement; once signed, your referral code is issued and the discount + share start on the next billing cycle.
There is no fee to join and no minimum referral commitment. You can leave the program at any time; we honour outstanding payouts for any active accounts you referred.
