Each inbox is owned by a person and bound to a topic. We do not auto-respond; we reply when we have read the message. If the inbox you want is not on this list, write to hello@counsel.day and we will forward inside the day.

Data-subject access requests, deletion requests, GDPR or CCPA inquiries, sub-processor questions. We honour deletion within 24 hours and propagate to backups within 30 days; the full policy is on the privacy page.
For questions that want the founder directly: product feedback, partnership conversations, criticism that wants to be read by the person responsible. Read by James personally; reply may take two business days.
For non-clinical decision-support practitioners, life-coaches, and facilitators who want to participate in the referral program. Same 20% quarterly payout as the therapist program; separate inbox for routing.
No ticket queue, no AI, no canned response.
We do not run a support helpdesk. No ticket number is generated. No chatbot replies for us. No auto-responder is set up except the read-receipt your provider may send. The team is small enough that every message is read by a person, and the person who reads it is the one who replies.
We cannot intervene in the data of a sealed decision. The architecture genuinely will not let us see it. If your question is about a decision currently running, the most useful thing we can do is answer questions about the format, the duration, the privacy mechanism, the analysis, or the billing. We cannot show you a partner's vote, cancel the seal, or modify the verdict.
