This is the full list of cookies and similar storage technologies set by Counsel.day on the marketing site and inside the app. Each row names the cookie, the category, the purpose, the vendor, the retention, and the opt-out path. We do not run a cookie carousel of dark-pattern toggles; the categories are honest and short.
Cookies the product cannot run without.
These cookies are required to sign you in, keep your session live, and protect against cross-site request forgery. They cannot be disabled inside the app; if you block them, the product will not work. They carry no advertising payload and no third-party data is shared.
Cookies set by Stripe.
Stripe handles every payment for Counsel.day. The cookies below are set on Stripe's domain (not ours) and are required for fraud screening and 3-D Secure flows. Blocking them prevents the checkout from completing. Stripe's full cookie disclosure lives at stripe.com/cookies-policy/legal.
Google Analytics 4, by default.
Counsel.day uses Google Analytics 4 to count pageviews, measure broad referral patterns, and detect outages from the user-side. GA4 fires by default on the marketing site. Aggregate counts are useful; individual journeys are not. We set GA4 with IP anonymisation, a fourteen-month retention, no Google Signals, and no advertising features.
If you do not want GA4 to fire, choose any of:

We do not set marketing cookies, advertising pixels, retargeting tags, social-network share-trackers, or session-replay tools. Counsel.day does not use Meta Pixel, X Pixel, LinkedIn Insight, Reddit Pixel, Pinterest Tag, TikTok Pixel, Hotjar, FullStory, Heap, or Mixpanel. We have no plan to add them. If that changes, we will publish the change here at least thirty days before the cookie first fires.
